This was lots of fun! The foam pieces stick to the window when they're wet.
Gracie wanted to make hers more like a 'snowman'. She used triangles to make a hairbow on top and had me cut the 'neck' piece in half so it could have arms. =)
Tracing a few letters.
Complete the pattern.
Make a funny face.
Draw a line from the dinosaur on the left to the one that looks like it on the right.
Gracie didn't want to cross any of the lines that she had previously drawn so she had to take a few detours. But she got there! =)
On this sheet you are supposed to circle the one that is different from the other 3. Ava did it a little bit but then decided they were 'patterins' and cut each line out. I hadn't thought about it before but it did look like the patterns we've been doing. Gracie kept calling them 'patters' and wanted to circle all of them. =)
We checked out some books from the library. 'Danny and the Dinosaur' was Joel's book when he was a kid so it was neat to read that. Gracie loved 'Ducks Disappearing'. It starts out with 11 ducklings and counts backwards as they keep disappearing (falling into a hole). All week Gracie has been saying things like, "There are only FOUR! Now there's only FOUR!!" about anything and everything. =) My favorite was 'My d Sound Box'. I'm so glad I came across this set! There is a book for each letter, plus some additional ones. It has a cute story about 'Little d' filling a box with things that start with the letter d, such as dolls, dresses, donuts, etc.
We're also done with Week Ee so I'll share those activities soon. Today we're starting on Ff!
